The 5.H, or S.H, code that you are seeing on your Primus IQ # TK90160 means that the brake wire sees a short during idle condition. According to the troubleshooting chart found in the instructions (linked to this answer) the use of some test lights or non-Tekonsha testers can be the cause of the problem.
If that is not the case in your situation then I recommend starting out by checking all of your grounds to make sure they are secure and connected to clean, bare metal surfaces. You can then check the wiring on your brake controller circuit to see if there are any places that might be causing a short. This can be the result of a section of wiring that is damaged, bent, exposed, or corroded. You can replace any damaged sections with 10 Gauge Wire # 10-1-1 and Butt Connectors # DW05745-5.
