Does Fascia have to be Trimmed to Install Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch on a 2015 Porsche Cayenne

Draw-Tite 75950: I have a Porsche Cayenne 2015 diesel. Does the installation of this Draw-tite trailer hitch need bumper fascia trimming? Do I still need a strap tie, like the Curtis hitch requirement, for using a bike rack with this Draw-Tite?

If you look through the instructions for Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 75950 for your 2015 Porsche Cayenne, which I have linked for you below, it states that fascia trimming is required on the VW Touareg (which also uses this hitch) but not on the Cayenne or the Audi Q7.
Draw-Tite does not have a stabilization strap requirement like Curt so you do not have to use one with this hitch. You can if you want, # 18050, but Draw-Tite did not make it a requirement.
