The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75742 is a stronger hitch for your 2013 Honda CR-V. It is rated for 675 lbs tongue weight and 4500 lbs towing. The Curt hitch # C13119 is rated for 350 lb tongue weight and 3500 lbs towing. I do want to point out that these hitches are rated independently from your vehicle even though they are made specifically for your vehicle. You will need to abide by the factory towing capacity of your vehicle which can be found in your owners manual. It appears to be 1500 lbs from what I have found.

For your ball mount, I recommend the etrailer.com Ball Mount Kit for 2" Hitches - 7,500 lbs # 989900 which will give you two different height options as well as two different hitch ball options to match the coupler on your U-Haul and allow you to tow the trailer level. For a hitch pin, I recommend the Tow Ready J-Pin Stabilization Pin and Barrel Lockset for 2" Trailer Hitches # 63232 which will help to keep the ball mount from rattle and give it better support.

For your trailer wiring, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # 118561. This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your Honda CR-V's wiring harness, which is located in your rear cargo area, behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side interior trim panels.
