Does Draw Tite Hitch 75234 Fit 2017 Ford Edge Sport
Question:
I purchased this item to install on my 2017 Ford edge sport and wasnt able to install it, the back end of mine looks different from the picture you posted which looks more like an SEL model! I dont see how I can put the rectangular bolt holders inside the channel unless I were to completely remove the back bumper assembly and even then not sure if the channel is accessible! any advise?

I attached a couple pictures that show the Draw Tite Hitch part # 75234 installed on a Ford Edge Sport just like yours that has the different lower rear fascia. We did have one customer with a Sport model add that what helped them install the hitch was that they removed the exhaust trim from the rear bumper and it was easier to install.
To get the bolts into the vehicle frame you have to "fish wire" them which is a process that is hard to describe but it involves feeding the bolts through the frame with a long metal wire. At the 4:22 mark of the video I attached you can see this process outlined.
