If you are looking for linkage B we have the Lippert Components Kwikee Step Gear/Linkage with B (1101426) # LC379161. If you are looking for linkage C we have Lippert Components Kwikee Step Gear/Linkage with C (FOR 26 SERIES STEPS) (1101427) # LC379162.

I wish we had just the Style B linkage arm but the only solution we have would be the part #LC379161 you referenced which includes the linkage arm and step gear. This is a fit for your model 28 Kwikee though.
