The fifth wheel hitch I strongly recommend for your 2018 Ram 2500 with the factory puck system is the B&W Companion # BWRVK3670.

The Companion is considered by many to be the highest-quality fifth wheel hitch available. It features dual jaws which are a full 1" thick to provide complete contact with your king pin so you can have faith that your connection is completely secure. I've added a picture of the jaws so you can see for yourself how impressive they are.

The Companion is also going to give you a much quieter ride with less rattling than other fifth wheels due to that secure connection, along with the polyurethane bushings it has. It has a pivoting head to make hooking up easier, a cam-action latch to deter binding, and offers three different height settings to ensure you are level with your fifth wheel. The B&W will fit directly into the puck system in the bed of your 2018 Ram 2500, has a built-in slider to accommodate the 6-1/2 foot bed on your Ram, and has a towing capacity of 20,000 lbs, which is more than enough for you to haul a fifth wheel with a dry weight of 10,100 lbs.

I've added links to a couple video reviews of this hitch for you to take a look at as well.

For a 2015 F-250 with an 8-foot bed, I recommend taking a look at the Reese # RP30928, which would be installed on the Reese Universal Base Rails and Installation Kit # RP30035. The hitch features a 4-way pivoting head and 9" wide funnel to make guiding your fifth wheel into the hitch a simpler process. It also has a towing capacity of 20,000 lbs and a hitch height that can be adjusted between 14" and 18". I've included links to video reviews of the hitch and rails for you, as well as an installation on a 2015 F-250 and a photo showing how it looks when installed on that truck.
