We don't carry an axle that has these specs, but we do have an axle-less suspension system that will work perfectly for your. We have a Timbren system that replaces your leaf spring suspension, and is a universal fit for different lengths. It has the EZ Lube spindles you are seeking as well.
For a system with electric brakes, I recommend the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Electric Brake Hubs - Straight Spindle - 3,500 lbs # A35RS545E and for a system with an idler hub, I recommend the # A35RS545.
These axle-less systems will attach directly to your trailer frame and will use a 2 inch square tube to connect them using the integrated holes in the assemblies. This is only needed if there is not a cross brace in your trailer frame where the axles connect. It is a simple way to get a very well made system on non-standard trailer application.
