No Tail Lights at the Trailer Connector on a 2010 Nissan Titan

Installed #N40975 2010 titan have stop and turn signals do not have tail or marker lights

It sounds like the trailer wiring running light fuse may be blown. This fuse is located in a power distribution box under the hood at the rear of the drivers side of the 2010 Nissan Titan. Once the fuse box is located check the legend on the lid to determine the correct fuse to check.
