I couldn't find any information online about your HA09089100 hubs, but the best way to determine that you are getting the correct replacement hubs is to take your current hub off and look for part numbers on the bearings and grease seal. If you cannot see any markings that would indicate the part number then you will want to use a Digital Caliper # PTW80157 to measure those places on the spindle (B, C, and D on attached picture) to the 3rd decimal place, like 0.725. You can then use those measurements to help you determine the correct hub for your axle.

To determine what the correct axle is for your setup you will need to measure the hub-face-to-hub-face (A in the attached picture) measurement is and what your spring-center-to-spring-center (B in the attached picture) measurement is on your current axle to ensure that your 2nd axle will fit. Keep in mind that while adding another axle might increase the weight capacities of your axles, if your trailer itself is rated for a lower weight rating that is what you must go by. Once you find the correct axle you will need to make sure that the hubs that you purchase have Inner and Outer Bearings plus a Grease Seal that are compatible with the axle.

I am also attaching a diagram that explains how to find the correct placement for axles.
