Starting with the trailer hitch for your 2010 Hyundai Accent, I do recommend the Draw-Tite Class I Sport Frame Receiver Hitch # 24795 referenced in your question. This is a Class I hitch that will provide a towing weight capacity of 2,000 pounds. I like this model over the Curt alternative also confirmed to fit your vehicle because unlike Curt, Draw-Tite does not require the use of stabilizing straps like # 18050 with non-trailer loads such as bike racks and cargo carriers. After your move is complete, the hitch will still be installed on your vehicle so it will be better not to have to use these additional straps for any other accessory you might want to use with the hitch receiver.

As for the towing capacity of your vehicle, I recommend checking your copy of the owner's manual. It's likely that the vehicle has a lower capacity than what this trailer hitch provides, meaning you will need to stay under the vehicle's limit. Also keep in mind that many smaller vehicles are simply not designed to tow a trailer, so you will want to make sure there are no restrictions listed in the manual when it comes to towing. I was unable to find an official towing capacity for the Accent in my research.

If you do decide to tow this small trailer, you will also need to install 4-Way connector on the vehicle to power the trailer's rear signal lights. I recommend the Tekonsha Upgraded Circuit Protected Harness # 119178KIT. This is a hardwire kit with an included converter that is confirmed to fit your vehicle. I have attached an installation video on the 2013 Accent that you can use for reference.

Lastly, you will need a ball mount and hitch ball to connect to the trailer's coupler. The Draw-Tite Drawbar # 36065 along with a 2 inch hitch ball like # 19258 may be a good option. This ball mount features a 5 inch rise. I have attached an article that explains how to choose a ball mount that will allow you to tow your trailer level if the rise on this unit is not sufficient.

I have also attached a couple of articles on towing a trailer that you might find very helpful.
