Do Lippert Powered A-Frame Jacks Need to be Lubricated  

Question:

have this model on my rv trailer. When retracting or extending, seems to make a lot of noise. Can it be lubricated ?? I took the 4 screws out but 2 screws in top are rusted and I can not get them loose. Any solutions ?????

The Lippert electric A-Frame trailer jack is lifetime lubricated and should never require maintenance according to the manufacturer. In the event something got inside and caused the jack to misbehave you would have to take the jack apart and remove the foreign object. Otherwise keep the outside clean and the electrical connections in good working order and never overload or overextend it and you will get years of service out of it.

Some people will spray lithium grease up the jack leg to try and get grease on the moving components though.
