The best fifth wheel trailer hitch for you depends on the details of your 2017 Ford F-350.

The Reese M5 Series is a great choice, especially if you have the factory prep package. The M5 fits right into Ford's factory pucks so there's no need for an adapter. If your truck is an 8 foot bed use the stationary hitch # RP30921 but you'll need the slider # RP30144 if your truck is a short bed.

Another great option is the B&W Companion. The Companion is one of the best fifth wheel hitches on the market and gets a lot of praise from our install team. The fixed hitch for the long bed is # BWRVK3300 and the slider is # BWRVK3370. Both fit into the Ford puck system and are rated for 20,000 pounds.

If you don't have the factory prep package in your F-350 you'll need a hitch with an install kit. In this case I still like the B&W Companion only here you'll use # BWRVK3500-5W for the fixed hitch and # BWRVK3400-5W for the slider.

The install kit for the Companion is # BWGNRK1116-5W. It doubles as a gooseneck hitch as well.
