At what speed is safe to drive with 8in balloon tirea on my trailer

If the tires are new, they should have a listed speed rating, which normally either appears in the form of a letter or is written out as "Speed Rating: #." For instance, the letter M signifies a speed rating of 81 mph. I've attached a helpful article about trailer tires, which includes information about speed ratings.
If the tire has no maximum speed rating listed, then the manufacturer did not speed rate the tires, and the maximum speed is typically defaulted to 65 mph.
