SumoSprings to Level 2003 Ford F-150 When Towing or Carrying Additional Weight in Truck Bed
Question:
Looking for helper springs for the rear on my 2003 Ford f-150 2wd. I haul a 3500lb boat and in the winter put 400lb of sand in the bed. This gives me a significant sag at the rear end that I would like to level. Ideas? I was looking at the sumo springs - they seem simple and have good reviews? Anything else I should look at?

Expert Reply:
The SumoSprings # SSR-108-47 that fit your 2-wheel drive 2003 Ford F-150 are a great choice. They'll help keep your truck level when you have the added weight of the boat or sand without causing a rough ride the rest of the time.
They're also easy to install and don't require any maintenance.
