I have a potential solution for you, though you will be unable to carry a pair of E-bikes on the front of your Forest River trailer. What you can do is use a hitch and bike rack that are designed to be used with trailers and e-bikes.
If your Mini-Lite trailer has a frame between 18" and 51" your best bet for a hitch would be the Curt # C13702, which has a maximum tongue weight capacity of 500 lbs and a maximum gross trailer weight capacity of 5,000 lbs. If your frame is too long for that hitch, you could use the Curt # 13703, which is for frames between 22" and 72" wide and has a maximum tongue weight capacity of 350 lbs and a maximum weight gross trailer weight capacity of 3,500 lbs. This particular hitch would also require the use of the Curt Stabilizing Straps # 18050.
If your Pedego E-bikes are no more than 75 lbs each, you the best bike rack for you would be the Lets Go Aero V-Lectric FAT PRO Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes # LGA77FR.
I have added links to a couple of review videos for you which you may find useful.
