Recommended Curt 5th Wheel Hitch for 2017 Ford F-350 Dually with Factory Puck System
Question:
I have a Landmark 365, 42-8inch 5th wheel. GVW is almost 20k. Is the Q20 good for this unit or do I need a Q24? truck is F350 dually with factory puck system.

For as large a trailer as you have, a 42-foot 20,000-lb-GVWR Landmark 5th wheel, I absolutely recommend using a 24K-rated 5th wheel hitch to give you some safety margin.
Your 2017 F-350 dually is an excellent truck to tow this trailer, especially since it is a long bed that will naturally give you good turning clearance. And since you have the factory rail kit option you can use any of the three hitches shown on the linked page. All fit the factory pucks.
Curt's Q24 hitch # C16545-16017 is an excellent choice. The cushioned pivoting head means less chucking and easier hitching on uneven terrain. Please have a look at the linked video.
