There are two references to tire max pressure on this tire. 32 max psi in relation to mounting and 90 psi max related to a 1535 lb load e range. Which one do I use for trailering my boat?

The trailer wheel and tire part # AM3H490 that you referenced needs to be inflated to the 90 PSI max rating to ensure you get the full capacity.
