Im looking for a Pintle Hook to attach to the rear of a Heli 25 forklift

For a pintle hook with a 30k capacity that is designed to bolt on to a mounting plate like the part # 63057 we have the part # C48215 which would work well.

You didn't say how you would attach the hook but this would work well.
