Recommended Components To Create A Tow Package On A 2015 Nissan Frontier Pro 4x
Question:
I have a 2015 Nissan Frontier Pro 4x. I am putting together a tow package and wish to use a 7 pin connector. I have 2 questions: First- did I put together the correct kit based on the part numbers below: 3050-P 90195 75282 118266 PK12716 Second- I cant find the bracket to mount the 7-pin on my listed trailer hitch. Can you give me a part number? Thanks!

For your 2015 Nissan Frontier Pro 4x, I have looked through your list to put a tow package on your truck and it is solid, but I have a couple recommendations based on preference.
The Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 is a great choice and a personal favorite. It will connect with the wiring harness # 3050-P to an already factory wiring harness. That factory wiring harness is located underneath the dash, to the left of the steering column, taped to another harness near the emergency brake pedal.
The Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # 118266 is also a confirmed fit for your vehicle. It includes the relays required to activate functions on your Frontier.
The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # 75282 is a confirmed fit and is an easy bolt-on installation. You can use the Draw-Tite Mounting Bracket for 7-Way # 18138 that will install to the bracket on your hitch receiver.
The Pollak 7 Pole to 4 Way Connector Adapter # PK12716 is an adapter for a 4-way trailer connection that will work well. However, another option is to use the Hopkins 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket - Vehicle End # HM40975 which includes a bracket and has both functions. This will connect directly to your Tekonsha wiring harness.
For a ball mount, I recommend the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 5" Drop, 5-1/2" Rise - 10K - Black # BWTS10037B. This ball mount is adjustable to allow you to tow many trailers level. It has two hitch ball options, a 2 inch and a 2-5/16 inch to fit with most standard trailer couplers. This ball mount also has a unique stowable feature to give you a clean look when not in use and protect you from hitting your shins while loading and unloading when not in use. I recommend using a hitch lock like # e98882 to secure your investment.
