The Hopkins EasyLift Truck Bed Tailgate Lift Assist # 74211 is not a confirmed fit for your 2011 Chevrolet Silverado.

The only tailgate assist that is available for your 2011 Silverado is the DeeZee Tailgate Assist Custom Tailgate-Lowering System for Pickup Trucks # DZ43102. This will fit all models of that year Silverado.
