For your 2013 Ford Fusion, I recommend the Curt Class II trailer hitch receiver # C12091. This hitch is compatible with the S and SE models as well as the Titanium model. For a ball mount, I recommend the Curt Class II Drawbar - 2-5/8" Rise, 3-1/4" Drop - 9-3/8" Long - 3,500 lbs # C45016 along with a hitch ball to match your trailer coupler. For a 2 inch ball, I recommend # A-82 and for a 1-7/8 inch ball # A-80. You will also need a pin and clip like # F-4, or a locking pin like the # e98879.
For your vehicle trailer wiring harness, I recommend the Tekonsha T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118574. This harness will plug into your factory wiring behind the driver and passenger side tail lights. It will be powered directly by your vehicle battery so your vehicle's electrical system will be protected from overload. I've attached an article to assist with running that power wire.
This will provide you with a complete system for your 2013 Ford Fusion.
