How to Determine if Roadmaster D-Ring Adapter RM-035-1 Will Fit Other Brands of Tow Bars
Question:
Do you know if this bracket will work with the NSA Ready Brute tow bar? I know its not Roadmaster but wonder if the tow bar arm ends are the same diameter? My D ring mounts are 1inch thick tabs with 7/8inch holes.

Since I don't have a Ready Brute tow bar to test I can tell you how to determine if the Roadmaster adapters # RM-035-1 will work with it. I went out to our warehouse and took some measurements of the adapter. Where the tow bar arms would fit the opening diameter is 0.98 inches. The bolts that hold the adapter to the tow bar arms have a 0.48 inch diameter and the centers of the holes are approximately 1.4 inches from the ends of the part that fits around the tow bar arms. I included a picture showing the measurements.
