I do have an option for you to tow your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 behind your RV however, the vehicle must be 4 wheel drive in order to be flat towed with 4 wheels down. Additionally, your vehicle must be equipped with a two-speed transfer case. Please refer to your vehicle's owner's manual for a list of all flat towing requirements.

You will need these items in order to flat tow the vehicle with 4 wheels down , a base plate kit, tow bar, brake light harness, safety cables, and supplementary braking system. I have attached below my recommendations for the following items:

Base Plate Kit: Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit part # RM-3176-1
The Roadmaster kit features a removable arm system that allows for a greater aesthetic appearance while not towing.

Tow Bar: Roadmaster BlackHawk 2 part # RM-422
The Roadmaster BlackHawk features a self aligning design to stabilize the dinghy while towing in addition to a folding arm option for ample storage.

Safety Cables: RoadMaster 68" Single Hook part # RM-643

Brake Light Harness: Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit part # RM-15267 & Roadmaster Automatic Battery Disconnect with Switch part # RM-766.

Supplemental Braking System: Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System part # BLU37TR, 12 Volt Outlet Kit part # RM-9332, & Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit part # RM-751466.

Additionally, you will need to consider a high-low adapter if the middle of your base plate is not within 3" of the top of the hitch receiver on your RV. I have attached a help article to further illustrate this process.
