Easy to Load Platform Bike Rack Recommendation

Thanks for all your videos. The webpage has been really helpful. I have a 2017 Toyota Highlander with factory installed hitch sits high, and small spare tire. I have come up empty one whether a hitch mounted fold up bike rack could work on this vehicle. Ideally, for one bike but I realize theyre all for at least 2. I like the idea of a tray style since I have a cargo bike, and minimally lifting the bike is desirable. Ive narrowed the issue down to the neck piece that comes off the hitch. Considering the factory mounted hitch, are there any neck pieces that down, ideally 90 degrees and maybe 6-7 inches down from the hitch? Because the Highlander rides so high, the bike rack doesnt need to rise up and most neck pieces angle slightly up, or straight out. Thanks for any suggestion you might have.

One platform bike rack solution we have that I think would be ideal for you would be the Thule EasyFold part # TH903202 . This platform bike rack includes a pull out ramp that will allow you to easily roll the bike up and load it.
If you check out the review video I attached you can see this rack being used and loaded.
