Can you tell me the bolt pattern on this hitch where it mounts?

The Curt Pintle Hook, # C48190, has has mounting hole dimensions of 1-3/4-inch apart vertically and 3-5/16-inch apart horizontally. It installs to pintle hook mounting plates such as, # C48324. I have included video reviews of each product for you.

In order to determine the torque rating for the lug nuts on your trailer you will need to know check out the chart I attached that shows all of the torque specs for all the trailer lugs available based on stud size, wheel material and wheel size.
