Other than than the Timbrens, is there a helper air bag that is compatible with a goose neck hitch in the bed? turn over ball What is your recommendation?

For a truck your age they didn't make the air bag kits to be compatible with gooseneck hitch rail kits. The rail kits will interfere with the brackets of the air bag kits. That's why you would need the Timbren kit part # TFR250SDE which will fit with a rail kit like what you have.

Plus you never have to deal with maintaining air pressure in the bags.
