For your 2011 Toyota Yaris, we will start with the baseplates. If you have the sedan or the 5-door hatchback, I recommend the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 521181-5. However, if you have the 3-door hatchback, I recommend the Roadmaster EZ Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 521181-1. For these baseplates to be installed, I recommend using the Loctite Threadlocker # LT37420.

For your towbar, I recommend the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar - Motor Home Mount - 2" Hitch - 6,000 lbs # RM-520 along with the RoadMaster 68" Single Hook, Coiled Safety Cables - 6,000 lbs # RM-643. I also recommend using a hitch lock like # e98882 for security.

For your tow bar wiring, the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 is my favorite because it gives you a nice clean connection to your vehicle as well as uses the factory wiring for a clean and functional look. It is easy to install and gives you options for additional functions.

For your supplemental braking, I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251. This is a very easy to operate system that once installed and adjusted, you don't need to do any futher adjustments. It becomes plug and play. This is our installer team's favorite system because it is so user friendly and reliable.

The last thing you need is a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to assist you with how to measure for the proper adapter for your application and linked the page to your options.

This will give you the complete system you need to flat tow your 2011 Toyota Yaris.
