Attaching Yakima PowderHound Ski Racks And Bike Racks To A Roof Rack On A 2002 Subaru Outback Wagon

I now own a subaru that has factory racks. I previously owned a honda and bought the entire yakima roof rack system with towers and all. I have the powder hound ski racks as well as two different bike racks. I am wondering if the universal mighty mount rack converter will work for both the ski and bike rack or if i need to buy the separate horizontal mighty mount for my bikes. And Im guessing i would need a total of 4 mighty mounts for my ski racks and 2 mount converters per bicycle rack?

If your 2002 Subaru Outback Wagon has the factory roof rack with crossbars that run from side to side, you can attach the Yakima PowderHound ski racks directly to the factory crossbars. If the bike racks are Yakima FrontLoader # Y02103, Raptor Aero Y02093, or the ForkLift # Y02098, they will also attach directly to the factory crossbars.
If your bike racks are Yakima HighRoller or the Raptor you will need to use the Yakima Universal MightyMounts, part # Y03590. The MightyMounts come as a set of four mounts. The Yakima bike racks will use 3 mighty mounts per bike rack.
The Yakima PowderHound ski racks will bolt directly to Yakima (round), Thule (square), and most factory crossbars. You will not need any mighty mounts for the PowderHound ski racks.
If your 2002 Subaru Outback Wagon has the factory side rails that run from front to back and no crossbars, you would need to use the Thule Evo Raised Rail Feet # TH710401, 53" WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711420, as well as locks # TH450400. This system attaches to your factory side rails and gives you the crossbars that are needed for attaching your ski racks and bike racks.
If you let me know the year and model of your Honda that the Yakima roof rack system was on, I can tell you if those same towers and crossbars will work on your 2002 Subaru Outback Wagon.
