Troubleshooting One of the Trailer Wheels Locks Up When Applying the Brakes

WE HAVE ONE TIRE LOCKING UP WHEN APPLING THE BRAKES. THE REST WORK FINE.

Since, all the other wheels on the trailer seem to be in proper working order, we can assume that the brake controller is working correctly.
Sounds like you might have a brake assembly that is out of adjustment. Using a Brake Adjustment Spoon # W80630, or a flat head screwdriver, you can adjust the star wheel that can be accessed at the back of the brake backing plate. At the 3:00 minute make of the attached video, our technician will explain how to adjust the trailer brakes.
If the problem is not fixed by adjustment, then you may have an issue of a damage brake component or worn magnet that may need to be replaced.
