Can Reese M5 20K 5th-Wheel Hitch Fit Base Rails and Brackets for Pro Series 16K Hitch

I want to replace a fifth wheel pro series 16K with the Reese 20K RP30928. Are the mounting brackets the same?

If you are just upgrading to the higher rated 20K Reese M5 # RP30928 from the 16K PS30093 on your 2003 Chevrolet Silverado, you will not need any additional hardware to make the switch. Both hitches are compatible with the brackets and base rails already installed on your truck.
The M5 20K 5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch features a nice single jaw that will completely wrap around the trailer's king pin to ensure a secure connection. The hitch provides a 20,000 pound towing capacity and a vertical load limit of 5,000 pounds.
