Recommended Rail Kit to Use Andersen Ultimate 5th Wheel Hitch on 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500

Anderson ultimate fifth wheel hitch. I am looking at adding a fifth wheel hitch to my truck. Do you have a prep package that I can install to my 16 Chevy 2500HD that would accommodate that hitch system?

The Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Hitch # AM3200 referenced in your question is designed to mount to above-bed, industry-standard base rails. For a base rail kit that will work perfectly for your 2016 Chevy Silverado 2500 I recommend the Reese Quick-Install # RP50066-58. The custom brackets will use existing holes in the truck's frame so you won't have to drill into it during installation.
I have attached an installation video and the written instructions that you can use for reference.
In your question you mentioned "prep package" which usually refers to the factory puck systems that a lot of newer trucks come with to mount a 5th wheel hitch. If you want something similar to that your best option will be with the Reese Under-Bed Rail Kit # RP30868 which will give you the 4 mounting pucks for a clean bed when the hitch is removed. In order to use the Andersen Ultimate though you would still need to add the Rail Adapter # RP30156, which drops into the pucks to provide industry-standard base rails.
