I have a solution for you but the Sumosprings you referenced is not a fit for the all wheel drive version of your 2006 Toyota Highlander. It only fits the 2 wheel drive models.

What will work better is actually a weight distribution system. A WD system removes the sag but since it does so by distributing the tongue weight up to the front axle you actually end up with better and safer braking and handling.

Considering the towing capacities of your vehicle the best system is going to be the # RP66082 which has a tongue weight range of 200-600 lbs and features a sway control that works to fight sway before it starts.

For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
