I have a Valley 70530 fifth wheel hitch and rails. Will the C16441 brackets work? I would also like a new set of bolts. I drive a 2013 Ford 150 XLT extended cab 5 1/2 ft. bed

The Curt # C16441 brackets are for 6-1/2 and 8 foot bed trucks. Since your 2013 Ford F-150 has the 5-1/2 foot bed you'll want the Reese Quick-Install Kit # RP50081. This will fit your truck and give it includes all new hardware.
