What is the proper way to inflate and when do you deflate?

The Trailair Air Ride Fifth Wheel Trailer Pin Box # LC158778 has an air valve on the top of it. It should be inflated until you can see the yellow sticker on the outer cylinder. It has an arrow on the sticker showing where to inflate to. There really isn't a time to deflate the air bag, unless you'd like to for storage when not using the trailer.

I've linked a video that shows the pin box being installed. When you get to around the 4:10 mark you'll see it being inflated.
