Which Ball Mount to Use with Draw Tite Hitch for 2008 Toyota Camry
Question:
I have a 2008/Toyota Camry hybrid and I recently bought a hitch from you. It went on fine, though when I used a ball mount I already had not buying it because I already had one, when the ball mount was in the rise position, the 2 5/8 rise did not seem sufficient. Is there a ball mount with a greater rise, or is the 2 5/8 rise the only option? I recall seeing a customer review for the same Toyota discussing a 3 1/2 rise. Is there such a thing?

With Class I hitches like what you have on your 2008 Toyota Camry you have to use the recommended ball mount otherwise the warranty of the hitch is voided. For the Draw Tite hitch part # 36416 that you have you would need to use the part # 36071 which you referenced which has a 2-5/8 inch rise.
