Hitch Bike Rack Recommendation for 2006 Honda CR-V to Clear Rear Spare

Hello, I have a 2006 Honda CR-V with a tailgate mounted spare tire. Are there any receiver hitch mounted bike carriers that you can recommend that can be used with the spare tire in place? Thank you
