Yes a Convert a Ball Ball Mount like the part # AMSC12 that you referenced would fit a 2 inch Curt trailer hitch.

You can use pins and clips with the Ball Mount Adapter for Convert-A-Ball Hitch, part #BA-1. The pins I recommend are part #CABPN-2. These pins include the clips that can hold it securely in place.
