Would Capture Plate of Pin Box Need to Be Removed to Use B&W Companion Hitch for 2017 Ford F-350
Question:
When I purchased my toyhauler they installed a pullrite super glide. and they wellded a plate on the the hauler at the pin. Do I need to remove this plate if I swiitch to the Companion? I forgot to mention that I am changing trucks, thus being the reason for a new hitch

If they welded the capture plate of your Pullrite hitch to the pin box you would either have to remove the capture plate or replace the pin box. Typically these plates aren't welded on. If you can find me the pin box model name and number I can help you pick out a new pin box if needed as well. I attached a page that has all of the pin boxes we carry.
The Companion Hitch part # BWRVK3300 is a confirmed fit for your 2017 Ford F-350 with factory rail kit though and would be a great option. The Companion hitches are among the nicest hitches on the market so I know you will really like it.
