I am needing the EXACT measurement from the bottom of the mounting plate to the end of the outer tube not inner 2inch tube for the ProSeries 1401000303. Thank you for your time

From the bottom of the mounting plate to the bottom of the outer tube is 3-1/4 inches on the Pro Series Round, A-Frame Jack # PS1401000303. I've attached a picture as well.

Double question. 1. Can you give the measurement from mounting bracket to in yer tube at maximum Retraction point without foot or wheel. 2. Older trailer already rides lower and wondering is this jack the one with the shortest hang from mounting bracket to bottom clearance at max retraction. Figure weight range at max around 2,000 Lbs Thank you
