The more air you have in the air bags on a system such as # F2304 the less the suspension can travel. If you were to reduce the air to the minimum of 5psi then the suspension would be free to travel most of the way it would without the air bags.

You might consider a TorkLift SatbleLoad system # TLA7311 which fits 2-wheel drive and 4-wheel drive models as well as 2-wheel drive Pre-Runner models. The vehicle would have to have lower overload leaf springs no wider that 3-3/8 inches. It features quick-disconnects that let you easily return to stock ride when you want the stock suspension travel. When in use it engages the overload springs right away to level and stabilize the ride.
