Replacement Hitch Installation Hardware Kit for 2014 Ford Fusion
Question:
I have a trailer hitch assembly for my 2014 Ford Fusion. I do not have the bolts and assembly package for doing the work to get it mounted. Is there a package you would recommend for doing the work, parts and the fastener reaching wire things?

We have just what you need, a replacement hitch hardware kit, part # RHK. All you need to do is check the safety sticker on the hitch to find its brand name and part number. For example, one of the hitches we offer for the 2014 Ford Fusion is the Curt # C12091. If you have this hitch simply enter RHK in our search box and click enter. Select the item # RHK and then enter the hitch item number into the field provided and select Curt from the drop-down menu tool. The bolt fish wire is included.
The tools required for hitch installation are listed in the particular hitch's instructions. These include basic hand tools like sockets and also a torque wrench like # ALL944001 that is needed to tighten the kit's fasteners to the correct torque specs. The hitch can meet its published specs only when installed exactly as outlined in the manufacturer's instructions.
I have linked two helpful articles on hitch installation that may let your install go a little bit easier.
