You can increase the size of the wheels on your trailer from 13 inch to 15 inch rims. However, you need to keep in mind the larger size will take up more space and you can run into clearance issues. The ST225/75R15 Taskmaster Providers your referenced are 8.78 inches wide and have a diameter of 28.31 inches. Without knowing exactly what tire size you have right now I can't say specifically but it's possible the new set will increase the width by 1-1/2 inches and diameter by up to 6 or 7 inches. That's a big jump.

You'll want to make sure that the new tire will allow about 4-1/2 inches between the tire tread and the underside of your trailer's fender to allow for the trailer to have clearance when going over bumps. Also, you should have about 2 inches or so between the side wall of the tire and the inner part of the wheel well.
