Curt trailer hitch # C12091 for the 2013 Ford Fusion is rated for 3,500 pounds gross trailer weight and 350 pounds tongue weight. According to the owner's manual for the Fusion if you have the 2.0 liter EcoBoost motor the vehicle is rated to tow a maximum of 2,000 pounds. If it has the 1.6 liter or 2.5 liter motor it is limited to 1,000 pounds. Since the vehicle is rated lower you will need to go by its capacity and not the hitch capacity.
The recommended ball mount is # C45016. For a 2 inch ball use # A-82 and for a 1-7/8 inch ball use # A-80. And for trailer wiring you will need # 118574 which fits the Titanium models like yours. I have linked videos showing example installations of the hitch and wiring for you.
