Winch Recommendation that Moves Easily to Other Side
Question:
Hi- We have been using the DL-14830 winch on some of the things we manufacture. It works well for us. A new product we are building requires the hand crank to be on the opposite left side. Do you offer this winch in the left hand operation? Thanks for your time...

Expert Reply:
For a winch that you can move the handle to the left side you can use # FW16000101. This winch is specifically designed to allow the handle to be installed on either side easily so it would work the best for you. This winch has a much lower capacity though at 1,600 lbs but the crank moves very easily.
In the weight range of the Dutton Lainson we don't have anything that easily swaps to the other side.
