Is this the size measured inside the valve? We have a watt series # of 8920. M6-STD-Z2122.

On the Camco RV Water Heater Temperature and Pressure Relief Valve # CAM10423 the threaded part with the probe is 1/2 inch inner diameter. The similar # CAM10473 is 3/4 inches. Based on your picture you need the 1/2 inch model # CAM10423.
