For your 18,000lb boat with 235/80-16 sized tires on your triple axle trailer, I recommend the Taskmaster Load Range E Tire # TTWTRTM2358016E. This tire will fit 16x6 inch rims and have a weight rating of 3,520 per tire at 80psi. For your triple axle trailer that would be a total of 21,120lbs which is more than enough for your 18k boat.

The nice thing about these tires are that they have a speed rating of M. This means that you can get a max highway speed of 81mph while most other trailer tires are only rated to 65mph. While you most likely will not be near this speed on the highway the higher rated tires will run cooler than the lower rated ones. Heat build up is the number one cause of tire failure.

Trailer tires should always be inflated to the maximum air pressure indicated on the tire.
