I have a 2007 jayco jay feather model EXP. with a dexter axel and ez lube fittings. Maximum rebore drum diameter is 10.09 / 5 lug nuts. Electric brake with manual adjustment. Could you tell me what the part number would be for new trailer brakes on this model trailer? Thank you

Typically to determine the correct size of brakes on your 2007 Jayco Feather EXP you have to pull off the wheel and the hub and drum assembly and measure according to the attached diagram. You will also want to know the capacity of your axle, this will be listed on a placard on the axle itself.

While under the trailer you also may be able to look at the back of the brake assembly for the make and model number stamped into it. With that information, I may be able to determine what brakes you currently have.

From your description it sounds like you may have either a 3,500lb or 4,400lb axle with 10 inch brakes. I have linked all the 10 inch Dexter axle electric brake assemblies that fit this criteria for you to this page.

The correct replacement brakes for the 3,500lb manual adjust brakes are # 23-26 (left) and # 23-27 (right).

For the 4.4K axles you will need to find out if your axle was manufactured before May of 2009 this should be listed on a placard on the axle. You can tell this also by the brake mounting flange bolt holes are 2-13/16 inches apart, center to center. If it was manufactured before then you will need the # 23-455 (right) and # 23-454 (left) brakes.

Alternatively if your 4.4K axle was manufactured after May of 2009 then you will want the # K23-462-00 (left) and # K23-463-00 (right) manual adjusting brakes. These will mount with 4 bolt holes that are 2-7/8 inches apart, center to center horizontally and 3-3/16 inches apart, center to center vertically.
