I went out to the warehouse to measure a Bulldog Collar-Lok Coupler, # BD028463. It is 17-5/8 inches long (overall). The rear portion is 2-7/8 inches tall and 11-1/2 inches wide at the widest point. The holes for mounting a jack are 3 inches apart on center. The diameter of the jack hole is 2-1/4 inches long.
From the bottom of the coupler to the top of the latch when in the closed position is 5-1/2 inches. When open it is 7-3/4 inches. The collar has a 2-5/8 inch diameter. The coupler has an outside diameter of 2-7/8 inches.
From the very front of the coupler to the latch measures 8 inches. From the latch to the jack opening is 3 inches. And from the latch to the end is 6-1/2 inches.
The latch handle is 3-3/4 inches long, and 2 inches wide at the widest point (5/8 inches wide at the narrowest point).
