Right Brake Light and Turn Signal on Horse Trailer Stopped Working

2005 CandC horsetrailer the right brake and turn signal dont work... can I change the bulb or have to change the whole light

It depends on the light but before trying to replace a bulb are you certain that the bulb is out? You can test the wiring using a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 or a meter if you have one. If there is power getting to the light AND this is a problem that just suddenly appeared then it is likely a bulb. But if there is no power getting to the light then it could be a problem with the wiring on the trailer or tow vehicle. I have linked a help article on troubleshooting for you.
If you find that a bulb is burned out but you have light # ST70RB the bulb cannot be changed because the light housing is sealed.
