Recommended Replacement Electric A-Frame Jack
Question:
My electric jack was working fine but it is now stuck in the up postion and will not lower back down. The battery is good and the fuse is good. I think I raised it up to high and now its like frozen, I can even get it to manually Crack down. All I see is HH 3500 on the jack. From what I read, it think its a quick jack 3500. Please help, Im out of ideas.

Expert Reply:
Since your trailer battery and power line fuse are good I suspect that your jack's gearbox has been damaged from being over-extended. Better electric jacks can have built-in safeguards to prevent this kind of damage but value-priced products like the JackQuick 3500 may not always share this feature. We do not sell this brand so we do not have replacement parts for it the way we do for the brands we carry, like Stromberg Carlson, Ultra Fab and Husky.
You can use the linked page to select a new electric jack.
